How to add Lemonvite to OpenClaw
Update OpenClaw
Signing in to remote MCP servers is a 2026 addition, so start from the current release. Run the update in a terminal on the machine that runs OpenClaw. The gateway restarts on its own when the update needs it.

Register Lemonvite as a remote server that signs in with OAuth. The transport flag matters: OpenClaw defaults to the older SSE transport, and Lemonvite speaks Streamable HTTP.

Run the login command and open the address it prints. Sign in to Lemonvite and approve access; OpenClaw picks up the result and stores the credentials. The consent page cannot verify a self-hosted app, so it shows an “unverified app” notice and the callback address on your own machine (127.0.0.1). That is expected when you started the connection yourself. If the browser cannot reach OpenClaw, use the command it printed with the --code option instead.

Confirm that OpenClaw can reach the Lemonvite tools. Then message your agent in the chat you normally use, or in the Control UI, with the first prompt below. The gateway picks up the new server on its own; if the tools do not appear, restart it with openclaw gateway restart.

A few things you might be wondering
Why does OpenClaw skip Lemonvite or say it needs authorization?
OpenClaw leaves out a server whose sign-in is missing or expired instead of failing your chat turn. Run openclaw mcp login lemonvite again, then openclaw mcp status --verbose to confirm the credentials. Tool policies still apply: if you restrict tools per agent, allow lemonvite__* for the agent you chat with. By default the sign-in is shared by everyone that agent talks to; to disconnect, run openclaw mcp logout lemonvite, or remove the server with openclaw mcp unset lemonvite.
What can I do with Lemonvite in my assistant?
Create and edit invitation drafts, manage guests, publish invitations, and check RSVPs. Your assistant gives you a link to manage the event on Lemonvite, where you can also choose a design and review everything before sending.
Will creating a draft send anything to my guests?
No. Creating a draft does not publish the event, spend a publish credit, or contact guests. Review your invitation and guest list before asking your assistant to publish. Publishing sends invitations and uses a publish credit.
Does connecting cost anything?
Lemonvite does not charge to connect or create an invitation draft. Publishing uses a paid event credit. Your assistant may have its own plan requirements. You can check Lemonvite’s current event pricing on our pricing page.
What can my assistant access?
Once connected, your assistant can work with the events, invitation details, guests, and RSVP responses available to your Lemonvite account. You review the requested permissions when connecting. Sign in on Lemonvite; do not paste your password into a chat.
How do I disconnect Lemonvite?
Remove or disconnect Lemonvite in your assistant’s connector or app settings. You can also revoke the connection from Connected assistants in your Lemonvite account settings.
